I’ve always had an affinity for the abstract. I love it when a photograph breaks the rules, yet is still successful.
There are many qualities to a successful photograph. A photograph can have a certain quality of light, appropriate contrast and color, proper composition, a particular depth of field and focus, possible texture, interesting subject matter, and my favorite: real emotion.
I love it when the spontaneity of the wedding day causes me to document something unexpected and artistic.
Sometimes, rules are meant to be broken.
